Record price difference opens between Sydney houses and units – Sydney Morning Herald
As the value of standalone homes surge in Sydney, the median unit price is still well down compared to a year ago.

Domains senior research analyst, Dr Nicola Powell, said unit prices could be under further pressure this year.
