YouTube’s new “Clips” feature lets users share 60-second clips of videos – Ars Technica
Just like on Twitch, “clips” lets users chop up and share sections of videos.

- The clip button brings up this timeline interface on the right. Pick 60 seconds of footage, give it a name, and share!
- The URL works just like YouTube’s normal share window, and it’s embeddable.
