After featuring in last years Grand Final against Richmond, many expect the Cats, wholl enter the season with one of the most experienced lists in the AFL, to again challenge for the flag.
Those expectations gained further momentum during last years trade period when they snared star forward Jeremy Cameron from the Giants to partner Coleman Medallist Tom Hawkins in the forward line, while experienced duo Shaun Higgins and Isaac Smith also joined the club via the Kangaroos and Hawks respectively.
