Mitchell Starc ‘highly unlikely’ to play BBL final after getting scans on knees – Wide World of Sports
Misfiring Starc sent for scans on knees

Struggling fast bowler Mitchell Starc is “highly unlikely” to play for the Sydney Sixers in their BBL qualifier final on Saturday as he awaits the results of scans on both knees.
Starc had the scans on Tuesday and the BBL champion Sixers released a statement on Thursday night ahead of their 1 v 2 clash with the Perth Scorchers in Canberra.
“At this stage it is highly unlikely Mitch will be available to play this weekend,” the Sixers said.
