But remarkably, the video evidence that was attempted to be submitted last week, which led to the adjournment for a week, was withdrawn by Marinoff and Adelaides legal counsel.
The AFL appeals hearing at 5PM (AEDT) on Thursday night is being held eleven days after her collision with Giant Brid Stack, seven days after the initial appeal was adjourned and two days before the Crows Round 1 AFLW clash.
