Victoria has achieved a major milestone in the fight against coronavirus on the same day the state reached three weeks of no new local cases.
The Black Rock cluster was first detected on December 30 and reached 27 locally acquired cases before it was wiped out.
The cluster resulted in masks again being made mandatory in indoor settings and household gatherings being reduced from 30 to 15 people.
Those restrictions were only rolled back last week.
