Driver speeding on outback highway had young children in back without seatbelts, police say

A driver has allegedly been caught travelling at more than 50 kilometres per hour above the speed limit on a South Australian rural highway with three unrestrained toddlers on board.

The 23-year-old woman was driving along the Olympic Dam Highway, between Roxby Downs and Woomera, when a police patrol spotted her car just after 7:00pm on Wednesday.
Police allege she was speeding at 163 kilometres per hour in the 110kph zone.
