Hollywood star Elliot Page — who came out as transgender last month — has filed for divorce from wife Emma Portner.
Actor Elliot Page who came out as transgender last month and wife Emma Portner are divorcing.
The Juno actor and dancer released a joint statement this morning, confirming that they first separated in mid-2020.
After much thought and careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to divorce, the pair said.
We have the utmost respect for each other and remain close friends.
