Badosa confirmed last Friday that she had tested positive for the virus, six days after her arrival into Melbourne on a flight from Abu Dhabi, after she had complained about hotel quarantine conditions previously.
Having restarted her 14-day quarantine period, the world No.67 has told Spanish newspaper Marca that her time in Australia so far is far and away the worst experience of my career.
