Jockey Jamie Kah might have booked herself a Blue Diamond Stakes ride after General Beau became her 50th Melbourne winner of the season at Caulfield.
Kah steered the Mathew Ellerton and Simon Zahra-trained General Beau ($3.80) to win the colts and geldings’ division of the Blue Diamond Preview by a half-length over the $6 chance Extreme Warrior.
However, General Beau is not nominated for next month’s Group 1 Blue Diamond Stakes. Ellerton said he and Zahra would consult with General Beau’s owners…
