English star Alex Hales tonight shattered the Big Bash League’s record for most sixes in a season as he drove the Sydney Thunder to a mammoth victory over the Adelaide Strikers.
Marcus Stoinis’ 28 sixes in the 2019-20 season is no longer the record after Hales blasted his 29th maximum of BBL10, as the Thunder stormed to a nine-wicket win with 7.5 overs remaining at Adelaide Oval.
