A very busy Australia Day for everyone on patrol, with more than 130,000 people visiting Queensland beaches.

46 people were able to return home to their loved ones thanks to the efforts of our lifesavers, rescue ops, Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service Queensland crew and lifeguards.
