Man charged with attempted murder over Woodville North shooting
A man has been arrested and charged with attempted murder over a shooting in Adelaide’s north-western suburbs that left another man with leg injuries.

- A 45-year-old man was last week hospitalised with gunshot wounds
- The alleged shooter, a Woodville Park man, will face court on Wednesday
- He was arrested today and has been charged with attempted murder
Police received reports of gunshots about 12:30pm on Thursday and cordoned off the scene on Owen Street at Woodville North.
Nearby residents said they heard a man “screaming in agony”.
A 45-year-old man later presented at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital with gunshot wounds to his legs.
He was later transferred to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
