‘It’s a worry’ – Ryan snub a concern for Socceroos boss Arnold – The World Game
Socceroos coach Graham Arnold admits it is a worry that Mat Ryan is on the outer at Premier League club Brighton and Hove Albion.

The goalkeeper hasn’t played for the Seagulls since a 3-0 loss to Leicester on December 14, with coach Graham Potter indicating Ryan would be allowed to leave in January if he could find another club.
While Arnold has been in regular contact with the 28-year-old and is satisfied he is taking the situation in his stride, the fact he’s not playing regularly remains a concern.
“Maty’s the type of guy that wants to play,” Arnold told ABC’s Grandstand Football Podcast.
