The world No. 29 was provisionally suspended on January 7 after testing positive for a banned anabolic agent used in male infertility treatment.
Yastremska still flew to Melbourne in the hope of playing in this years Australian Open, despite the positive reading for the outlawed mesterolone metabolite during an out-of-competition test on November 24.
