Victoria coronavirus case in staffer at Woolworths in Werribee Plaza – 7NEWS.com.au
Any customers who shopped at the supermarket last Saturday should monitor if they start to feel unwell.

A staff member at a Woolworths in Melbournes southwest has tested positive to COVID-19.
On Thursday, retailers in Pacific Werribee were informed of the positive case at the shopping centres Woolworths.

The infected staff member is in isolation and the store was closed at 8pm on Thursday for a deep clean.

It has since opened again for trade.
Any customers who shopped at the Woolwoths on Saturday July 4 and feel unwell in the next two weeks have been urged to make contact with the health department.
Customers and team members should be assured they can continue to safely shop and work at our Werribee Plaza supermarket, a statement from Woolworths read.
While the risk of transmission to customers and team members is low, the safety and wellbeing of the local community is our priority.
Woolworths have made contact with the other team members and contact tracing is underway.
On Thursday there were 165 cases of COVID-19 reported, bringing the state total to 3098.
