‘A proven talent in the Premier League’
Australian goalkeeper Mat Ryan has signed with Arsenal on loan for the remainder of the English Premier League season.
The shock move has come in the wake of Ryan losing the chief goalkeeping spot at Brighton and Hove Albion to Robert Sanchez.
Ryan was unseated from the primary goalkeeping position despite having signed a deal with Brighton worth more than $9 million in 2017.
However, that relegation means the 28-year-old has landed at the club he supported as a kid.
