Largest sea on Saturn’s moon Titan is 1000-ft deep near its centre – India Today
Researchers found that Titan’s largest sea is not only 1000-ft deep near its centre but also nearly the size of all five Great Lakes combined.

Astronomers have estimated Kraken Mare, the largest sea on the surface of Saturns moon Titan, to be at least 1,000 feet deep near its center.
Kraken Mare is a huge body of liquid ethane and methane near Titans North Pole. The sea covers 154,000 square miles.
In the study, researchers said that astronomers have estimated that sea to be at least 1,000-feet deep near its center – enough room for a potential robotic submarine to explore.
