Champion hoop heads to court as he waits for career-defining operation
Two-time Melbourne Cup winner Corey Brown is in constant pain as he awaits a February 19 court date that he hopes can finally clear the way for career-defining spinal surgery.
Brown, 44, fractured his spine among other injuries in a fall in the 2019 Queensland Derby to begin a nightmare 18 months for the champion rider, who is fighting to be pain-free and potentially able to pursue a comeback into the future.
