Canberra Raiders hooker Tom Starling has police assault charges dropped after Central Coast brawl

All but one charge has been dropped against Canberra Raiders hooker Tom Starling, who was accused of assaulting a police officer in a brawl at a NSW Central Coast restaurant late last year.
