Marinoff, at this stage, remains banned for three AFLW games a verdict handed down by the AFL tribunal on Tuesday night after the on-baller was found guilty of making forceful front-on contact Giants recruit Brid Stack, who suffered a fractured neck.
The appeal hearing has been adjourned until Thursday January 28 to allow AFL counsel to consider new evidence that Stacks injury may have also been a result of an incident that occurred before her collision with Marinoff on Sunday.
