A woman who was part of a group which sparked a COVID-19 cluster in Queensland by allegedly lying on border declaration forms to avoid quarantine has had one of her charges dropped.
Haja Umu Timbo had her matter heard in Brisbane Magistrates Court on Wednesday after being charged in July.
She, Diana Lasu and Olivia Muranga each faced one count of fraud and one of making false or misleading documents.
