Commercial Market Update – Melbourne Cityscope January 2021

The latest research from Melbourne Cityscope shows that commercial property sales value has decreased in the past three months. Sales recorded in the quarter ending December 2020 totalled $541.2 million from 28 sales, compared to the $943.5 million from 33 sales recorded in the quarter ending September 2020 and the $836.3 million from 39 sales recorded in the three months ending June 2020.
