Victoria border restrictions: The latest rules for travelling from Greater Sydney and New South Wales

More Victorians who were stuck in Sydney will be allowed to return home after 25 council areas are downgraded to orange zones tonight.
Here’s what’s new, as well as some common questions answered.
What parts of Sydney are changing from red to orange?
The Blue Mountains, Wollongong and most Greater Sydney local government areas (LGAs) will change to orange zones from 6:00pm.
The 10 local government areas that will remain red zones are: Blacktown City, Burwood, Canada Bay City, Canterbury-Bankstown, Cumberland, Fairfield City, Inner West, Liverpool City, Parramatta City and Strathfield Municipality.
If you’ve been in a red zone in the past 14 days, you cannot enter Victoria without an exemption.
