Emergency bushfire warning issued for Gingin, north of Perth

A bushfire emergency warning has been issued for a blaze burning in Cowalla, in the shire of Gingin, about 120 kilometres north of Perth.

The fire is moving fast in a north, north-westerly direction and is out of control and unpredictable.
The warning is for the area bounded by Nabaroo Road, Millbank Road, Duringen Road, Nine Mile Swamp Road and Orange Springs Road.
Authorities say people in the area are in danger and need to act immediately to survive.
People are urged to act quickly because leaving at the last minute is deadly.
