From 22 January 2021 (local time), passengers travelling to Australia will be required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test result at the time of boarding.
This test must
be conducted 72 hours or less prior to the scheduled departure time of your flight.Some airlines already have pre-departure testing requirements in place. You should contact your airline to confirm requirements if you are flying earlier than 22 January 2021.
