Three weeks out from the scheduled February 8 start date, more than 1200 players, support staff and officials have begun entering quarantine in the country for the years first Grand Slam, which tournament director Craig Tiley has described trying to pull off as a small miracle.
With so many of these players coming from regions where COVID-19 is raging and mutant strains are emerging, Joyce said Andrews and the Victorian government was doing a disservice to its people.
