Queensland Health responds to alleged COVID quarantine breach at Grand Chancellor Hotel
Queensland Health has responded to reports of an alleged quarantine breach at the Grand Chancellor Hotel in Brisbane on Monday night.
A woman with the highly infectious “mutant” UK strain of coronavirus left hotel quarantine then returned, where she came into contact with hotel staff.
It was reported by The Courier-Mail that an ambulance was called to the hotel for the woman’s father on Monday night following a medical complaint.
