US tennis star Tennys Sandgren says he’s ‘COVID positive’, flies to Australian Open anyway – Fox Sports
Australian Open quarter-finalist Tennys Sandgren has been allowed onto one of the chartered flights down under despite testing positive for COVID-19 this week.

However Tennis Australia has suggested Sandgren is non-infectious and he is just shedding the virus following a positive case in November.
Sandgren broke through to the final eight at the 2018 tournament and repeated the feat last year, nearly beating Roger Federer in the 2020 quarters after holding seven match points.
