James Harden’s frustrations with the situation at the Houston Rockets reached a tipping point yesterday and now he is off to the Brooklyn Nets.
While the Nets had been always in the running for Hardens services, the Philadelphia 76ers were widely tipped as the favourites with Ben Simmons being a big part of Houstons plans for a possible trade.
It did not end up happening but how did it get to the point where Simmons was at the centre until the Nets pounced with a deal the Rockets could not refuse.
