The AFL didnt cite Joel Selwood for his roundhouse hit on Grant Birchall. The initial angle on that one looks very ordinary, this swinging roundhouse, Ralph said on Fox Footy.
Youd think thats potentially weeks. I can tell you tonight, the AFL looked at alternate vision including this angle, where you can see it probably slides up from his shoulder and he was lucky.

Birchall was fined for a strike on Selwood, with Match Review Officer Michael Christian assessing the incident as Intentional Conduct with Low Impact and Body Contact.
