Australia v India Test cricket: Justin Langer slams Michael Vaughan over Steve Smith comments – Sydney Morning Herald
Australia coach Justin Langer has taken aim at two former England stars for questioning Steve Smith’s integrity following the controversial Sydney Test.
An upset Langer on Tuesday night personally rang former England skipper Michael Vaughan and ex-paceman Darren Gough to convey his disappointment at their comments.
Gough said Smith was “plain cheating” and “totally out of order” on talkSPORT radio while Vaughan labelled his actions as “very, very poor”.
