Western Digital is doubling the maximum storage size of several of its portable SSDs to 4TB. Previously, Western Digitals SSD lineup maxed out at 2TB.
The 4TB storage configuration will be available under Western Digitals My Passport and WD_Black black brands, along with its subsidiary SanDisks Extreme series. All of the products will also include a five-year warranty.
