Vic, Qld, NSW border restrictions: States and territories make calls on travel to COVID hotspot in Greater Brisbane
Greater Brisbane residents have been told they are free to travel throughout Queensland from Monday night.
But people in those areas could be excused for being unclear if they are welcome elsewhere in Australia.
