Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk is expected to provide an update on Monday morning, as Brisbane enters day three of a harsh snap lockdown.
Workers in the Greater Brisbane area have been asked to stay at home where possible on what is hoped will be the final day of the restrictions.

She thanked Queenslanders for largely complying with the strict measures including the mandatory use of masks in public.
