Homicide investigation opened into death of Brian Sicknick, police officer killed in US Capitol riot
A homicide investigation has been opened into the death of Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick, who died from head injuries sustained while defending the US Capitol from a mob of President Donald Trump’s loyalists.
