Should medical cannabis users be exempt from drug driving laws?
Greens MP Michael Berkman told The Sunday Mail medicinal cannabis should be treated the same as alcohol and other prescription drugs. He said driving with low levels of THC, which does not cause impairment, while taking medicinal cannabis should not be illegal.
