Twitch will use a new emote as ‘pogchamp’ every 24 hours after removing the original emote based on Gootecks.
As Twitch tries to find a replacement for the incredibly popular PogChamp emote, which was removed earlier this week, the streaming platform announced a novel temporary solution: every 24 hours, Twitch will randomly choose a new streamer emote to serve as a temporary PogChamp emote.’PogChamp’ is one of the more popular emotes on Twitch and the original emote was based on fighting game player Ryan Gootecks Gutierrez.
