Dairy milk that stays fresh in the fridge for two months might seem a bit on the nose to some people, but it’s a scientific reality thanks to Australian research.
A Queensland company has been granted federal government funding to help build a plant for its world-first patented technology to process milk with a longer shelf life.
The Wholey Milk Company says on its website that the technology “is the biggest breakthrough in the global milk industry since pasteurisation in 1864”.
