NSW records four local coronavirus cases, Brisbane travellers to self-isolate
NSW has recorded four new locally acquired coronavirus infections in the 24 hours to 8.00pm yesterday.
Two are linked to the Berala cluster, one is linked to the Croydon cluster and the other infection, which was reported yesterday, is linked to the Avalon cluster.
Anyone in NSW who has been in Greater Brisbane since January 2 must isolate until 7:00pm EDT on Monday, January 11, Acting Premier John Barilaro said.
The announcement comes after Queensland Premier Annastacia Palaszczuk announced a three-day lockdown for Greater Brisbane earlier today.
She also asked anyone who had been in Greater Brisbane — particularly Brisbane, Logan, Ipswich, Moreton and Redlands — since January 2 to isolate no matter where they had travelled to.
