As we said in our review, the Xbox Series X boasts awesome power and features over its predecessor and the upgrades to the way games look and feel is ample justification for hardcore gamers to take the plunge. However, a small number of buyers have been experiencing issues with the new Xbox Series X Wireless Controller the one with the Share button. According to a 46-page thread in Microsoft’s help forum, the gamepad doesnt seem to stay connected to the console in some games and in certain situations.
