An elderly South Australian man has died in a freak accident at a McDonalds car park.
Emergency services were called to the fast-food restaurant in Adelaides south on Wednesday shortly before midday.
The 89-year-old man had slipped and knocked his head on a car that was exiting the drive-thru.
Police described the car as being slow moving.
He was taken to the Flinders Medical Centre with minor injuries but died on Thursday morning.
