Police urge others to come forward after masseur charged with rape

Police have urged others to come forward after charging a masseur with rape over an alleged incident at the practice in Brisbane’s north this week.
The 24-year-old Spring Hill man, who was employed at the Capalaba massage practice, allegedly touched a 21-year-old woman “inappropriately” during a session, police said in a statement.
After further investigations, the man was charged with one count of rape. Detectives have appealed for any other person who may have had a similar experience to come forward.
The man was granted bail in Cleveland Magistrates Court on Wednesday to reappear on March 11.
