90-year-old couple assaulted in aggravated home invasion in South Lake, south of Perth
A couple aged in their 90s were left bloodied and bruised after being bashed during a home invasion in South Lake, south of Perth.

The pair woke to find three men in the front room of their Labyrinth Way home about 1:30am.
The woman was struck to the face, causing bruising. Her foot, arms and hands were also injured in the brutal attack.
Detective Constable Ben Delaney said the intruders threw items from inside the home at the man, one of which struck him on the head and caused a laceration.
Shortly after the assault, the offenders fled the scene on foot.
