Air New Zealand announces that Kiwis can fly to Brisbane without hotel quarantine – 7NEWS.com.au
Hotel quarantine has been an effective way to prevent the spread of COVID-19. From Thursday, some travellers will avoid it.

A planeload of travellers coming from overseas to Brisbane will avoid hotel quarantine for the first time since the measure was introduced when COVID-19 pandemic hit.
Air New Zealand will operate a flight from Auckland on Thursday morning when passengers will not be required to quarantine in Brisbane on arrival.
Passengers will be required to declare they have been in New Zealand, where there is zero community transmission of coronavirus, in the past 14 days.
