Seven Queensland racing participants who were last year charged for allegedly procuring substances or preparations following a statewide investigation have now been fined.
In June last year, Queensland Racing Integrity Commission stewards charged 15 participants over the matter.
The charges relate to allegedly procuring substances but not administering, which is a more serious charge.
On Tuesday, QRIC announced that seven participants had been fined for breaching Australian Rule of Racing 256(2)(a)(iii).
