Coca-Cola European Partners (CCEP) offer for Coca-Cola Amatil may need to be upsized if the locally listed company can punch out a strong second half result according to Citi.
Amatils shares closed at $12.94 on Monday, well above the $12.75 offer price from CCEP, an indication that shareholders are also expecting the offer will need to be raised too.
