What should be a milestone of celebration is one of uncertainty as the countdown again reaches 200 days, with countless questions surrounding the 2021 Games.
The Tokyo hosts and the International Olympic Committee (IOC) have long billed these rebooted Games as the ultimate symbol of humanity’s triumph over the pandemic.
