Four new cases; Puffing Billy, Nandos added to watchlist – Herald Sun
Victoria has recorded four new cases of coronavirus — three locally and one in hotel quarantine.
The Black Rock cluster has grown by three cases, but health officials say there are currently no mystery infections.
