Health expert says allowing thousands of people to gather at the SCG for the Sydney Test presents unnecessary risks.

While the incubation period of SARS-COV-2 is 14 days, 90 per cent of people develop an infection within 5-6 days, and are the most highly infectious right at the start of the infection.
